SUBSCRIPTION POLICY:
SETUP ACCOUNT
The best way to keep track of your subscription boxes, orders, shipping and delivery information is by setting up an account. This is where you can make changes to your subscription, contact and payment info, etc. You may also purchase subscriptions as a guest without registering for an account if you wish.  Â
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
Initial subscriptions orders will be charged at purchase and recurring monthly subscriptions will be charged on the 1st of each month. Monthly subscriptions purchased on or before the 26th of each month will receive the next month's box. Monthly subscriptions purchased after the 26th of each month will receive the following month's box.Â
For example: Purchased April 26th or before - receive May box which will ship by May 7th - next payment would be June 1st for June box. Purchased April 27th or after - receive June box which will ship by June 7th - next payment would be July 1st for July box.
Monthly Subscriptions will be renewed each month and your credit card on file charged the 1st of each month thereafter, unless you cancel your subscription according to the Cancellation Policy below.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel a monthly subscription anytime after the shipment of your first box. You must cancel your subscription at least 10 days before your renewal date. If cancellation notice is not received within 10 days of renewal date, then your credit card on file will be charged for another month and you will receive that month's box and your subscription will cancel with the following month. Â
Gift Subscriptions are not eligible for cancellation. They will expire after the original subscription term is completed. As a courtesy, we may email both the giver and receiver in case either would like to choose to renew the subscription. Â
Cancellations can be handled through your website account OR you may contact us by email.  If you cancel by email, please make sure that you receive a Cancellation Email back from us so that you can be assured that we received your cancellation email. Â
We sure don't want to see you leave us, but if you need to cancel we certainly understand. If there is anything we can do to help you with your subscription service, please do not hesitate to reach out and contact us.  Â
Subscribers may "PAUSE" their subscription for up to 90 days. At the end of 90 days, your subscription will be reactivated by our customer service team unless prior activation thru your online account.  Go to the "person" icon on the top right corner to setup or access your account. If you need help, please contact customer service.
PAYMENTS
When you purchase a subscription or a product through our secure website, we will bill the credit card or other payment that you have provided. Your payment method will be billed as per your subscription option above. Your credit card on file will be used for any subscription renewals. If billing your payment method requires multiple attempts, we reserve the right to retry billing. Your purchase of a subscription warrants that you authorize, agree, and assent to us automatically billing your payment method for amounts due, until you cancel your subscription according to the Cancellation Policy above. Â
