Shipping Information

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX SHIPPED?

Subscription boxes are normally shipped by USPS for $8.00 flat rate. You may choose shipping options for other purchased products at checkout.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, we only ship within the USA at this time.

WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX BE SHIPPED?

Subscription boxes are shipped out by the 7th of each month.

WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX ARRIVE & HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

Most subscription boxes arrive within 4 to 10 business days of ship date. You will receive an email with a Tracking Number when your subscription box ships.

Payment Information

WHEN IS MY PAYMENT METHOD CHARGED FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Your payment method will be charged the 1st of each month. Monthly subscriptions purchased after the 26th of each month will be charged on the 1st of the following month and receive that month's box. Subscriptions purchased on the 27th or after will be charged the 1st of the following month and receive the following month's box. Example: Purchase April 26th or before - charged May 1st and receive May Box. Purchase April 27th or after - charged June 1st and receive June Box.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?

Only Missouri residents will be charged sales tax.

Subscription Information

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO SUBSCRIBE?

No, you do not need an account to subscribe. However, setting up an account is a great way to keep track of your subscription, payment method, contact info, etc.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

Our monthly Zookeeper Box features a new zoo animal each month and includes: Animal Fact Card, Activity, Puzzle, Game or Craft, Book or Magazine, Plush Animal and more!

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Although we don't want you to leave us, you may cancel your subscription after your first box. For more details on cancelling a subscription, please refer to our Cancellation Policy which is posted under our Subscription Policy.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS?

If you receive damaged or defective items, please refer to our Refund Policy for more details on how to handle this situation.
